BANQUET & RESTAURANT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Manager and oversee the entire restaurant operations both front and back-of-the-house.
Provide excellent customer service and determine the needs of the diners.
Handle guest complaints and feedback and deliver recovery to shift to guest's satisfaction.
Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and manage team relationships effectively to ensure performance.
Capable of planning new and updating existing menus.
Oversee food safety, food cost, food quality, and consistency in the entire restaurant.
Assist in hiring, firing, maintaining morale and discipline of all staff.
Training of new and current employees.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree.
3-5 years of experience in restaurant and event planning.
Experience in the position as Restaurant Manager, or similar role.
