Job Description
Validate failures, analyze data & communicate with customer for disposition or improvement(Low Yield, QA failure, High OS, Site variance)
Analyze Customer return Unit,(RMA), Drive product improvement Project ( Yield, Retest Rate, Site variance)
Support NPI activities, Set up device test parameter & test time in factory works system,
Responsible for Tester performance, Implement ,improvement project & provide equipment engineering support to manufacturing in meeting daily production (Downtime, MTBF,BDO & MTTR)
Review analyst tester downtime, failure modes and generate improvement plan.
Equipment technical Capability enhancement in support of growing new/ existing business and equipment transfer.
Formulation of Standardized procedures for equipment, Coordinate executives flawlessly plant wide equipment related activities when assign.
To ensure the product or material tested meeting the customer requirements with good quality and production.
Responsible to oversee test equipment performance, implement, improvement project provide equipment engineering support to manufacturing in meeting daily production output.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Must have Experience in Semiconductor Industry Electronic/ Manufacturing/ Wafer
