Job Description
A Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Excellent Customer Service, Resilient, and Adaptive.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Willing to be assigned in Molito ,Alabang or BGC Taguig.
Applicant ideally has a loptop and internet connection at home.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Expected to lead Team effectively, harmoniously and to keep everyone motivated.
Expected to be self-motivated, knowledgeable on the products the company sells and the customer’s lifestyle needs.
Responsible for the supervision of the performance of all rank and file positions directly reporting to them.
Ensures that all selling personnel are properly trained prior to deployment in the selling floor.
Develop & implement training programs & improved operational procedures.
Prepare and Analyze monthly & periodic sales & Inventory data for Management review & recommend action plans.
Effectively implements company rules and regulations, standards operations protocols and procedures, cleanliness Standards.
Enforces general food safety practices.
Manages labor costs by organizing staff schedules, overtime and holidays.
Investigates and resolves complaints regarding quality and services.
Prepares summary of customer's feedback.
Other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior (Area Manager) and the management.
