The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

ASSISTANT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CHEF
 
Supports the R&D Chef in creating and refining recipes, researching new ingredients and techniques, and ensuring food quality, cost-efficiency, and food safety compliance. This role plays a key part in product development, market trend analysis, and staff training to ensure smooth kitchen operations and innovative menu offerings
 
Job Description:
Develop and refine new recipes to expand menu options and improve existing dishes based on market trends and customer demand.
Research and experiment with new ingredients and cooking methods to enhance food quality, production efficiency, and cost control.
Ensure food safety standards are met and improve preparation techniques to align with faster production requirements.
Train and oversee kitchen staff to ensure proper execution of new and revised recipes.
Conduct product testing and maintain accurate recipe documentation for product consistency and quality assurance.
Collaborate with the R&D Chef to identify opportunities for menu innovation and process optimization.
Qualifications:
A degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
2-5 years of relevant experience in food product development or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Western, Asian, and local cuisines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for recipe documentation and analysis.
Experience in developing and improving recipes, with a focus on both quality and efficiency.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and training skills to guide kitchen staff in recipe execution.
