Priland Development Corporation is a member of a diversified Cebu-based group with business interests in food manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, property development, utilities, distribution, and retail for more than 20 years.

Job Qualifications:
Male/Female
With a Degree of Architecture
At least 2 to 3 years of experience
Licensed Architect, Green Building Professional, Registered Master Plumber and Pollution Control Officer is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Descriptions:
Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
Working around constraining factors such as subdivision planning legislation, environment impact and project budget.
Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers and quantity surveyors.
Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts.
Specifying the requirements of the project.
Produce detailed blueprints and make necessary corrections.
Working Hours:
7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon- Fri)
