As a Business Development Officer within our dynamic environment, you will be responsible for fostering growth opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through proactive sales initiatives. Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Engage with individuals to explain our products/services and generate interest.
Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive nature.
Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and objections.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace new approaches and challenges.
