Proper checking, recording & monitoring of disbursements
Payment for taxes and other govt institutions
Cash Management - monitoring of bank balances
Prepare weekly cash flow reports for actual vs. projections
Monthly bank reconciliation
Maintain documents and files
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
At least two (2) years relevant work experience
Knowledgeable in cash management, banking transactions
and advanced Excel or Google spreadsheets
Familiar with an accounting software
Good written and oral communication skills
Trustworthy and can work with minimum supervision and as a team player
