SCOPE OF WORK:
Attends and complies to the administrative and clerical needs and other logistical requirements (airline tickets, hotel accommodations, van and venue rental, and documentations) of the office
Gathers accurate information and collates, consolidates, monitors, and maintains files/reports from regional offices for proper documentation
Prepares, submits, processes, and reviews accurately cash advances, travel authorities/itinerary of travel, petty cash fund reimbursements, and liquidations
Coordinates and disseminates internal and external communications to regional offices, CMP-Mobilizers, non-government organizations, stakeholders, and other partners
Screens phone calls regarding projects
Promptly lists requests/schedules of meetings in the calendar of the department
Maintains documents, information, and other confidential data relevant to the operations
Performs other functions, tasks, duties, and responsibilities in furtherance of the Group targets
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience
Training: 4 hours of training relevant to the job
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Executive, clerical and administrative assistance
Business Correspondence
Able to deal, liaise, and communicate effectively with internal and external clients
Able to work and deliver under pressure and within deadlines
Willing to do field work

Salary: Php20,500.00 - Php23,500.00 per month
