Job Description:
Accomplishes operational objectives by communicating job expectations of Program Managers, reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.
Assures Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), professional advances and career path for Program Managers are achieved through coaching, feedback, delegation, appraising, training and monitoring.
Organizes progress reports submitted by Program Managers to present analyzed data to top level management and clients.Determines operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, root cause analysis and cost/benefit analysis.
Ensures that the Operations Team meets the organization’s financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.Liaises with top level management and clients to develop, implement and manage operational standards and strategic plans for maximum gain, increased productivity and reduce risks.
Enforces action plans to establish technical specifications, production targets, team productivity, service quality, and client standards by contributing analyzed information for organizational strategic plans and reviews.
Updates job knowledge through continuing education for professional development through, but not limited to:Internal Management and Leadership Training ProgramsSeminars and Workshops from external agencies Professional Publications and Organizations
Enhances department and account credibility by affirming ownership for completing new and different requests from internal and external customers.Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and boost employee job fulfillment.
Qualifications:
College level or degree holder in any business related courses.
At least 2 - 3 years supervisory experience in BPO-CS sector.Managerial experience for 2 years in any customer service accounts (travel/auto retail accounts experience preferably).
Willing to be assigned in (Osmena Blvd. Robinsons Cybergate)
Willing to start ASAP.
