Bachelor Degree related to Accounting
At least 1 year of experience in Accounting processes

Job Descriptions
Prints Voucher Payable to recognize Trade Accounts Payable based on the receiving report forwarded from Warehouse regarding purchases.
Prepares Check Voucher and Check for all expenses, payable and fund transfers. See to it that CV are supported by approved Vouchers Payable together with all required supporting documents and receipts.
Receives Delivery receipts from Warehouse representing withdrawal of Raw materials. Monitors subsequent deductions of these receivables against payables to Transfer slips or receiving reports on completed Job orders.
Receives counter receipts from suppliers for processing of due Account Payable trade.
Verifies negotiated checks against the monthly Bank Statement and encodes check details in the system to update-outstanding check report. Photocopies invoices and official receipts for raw material purchases and other expense payments to support VAT Credit/Refund claims.

7:30AM TO 5:30PM (Mon-Fri)
Fixed Weekend Off
