ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
 
I. Main Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
Keep track all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices and statement of account.
Processing of payments and financial transactions to suppliers and obtaining goods and services from suppliers promptly.
Liaising with finance officers and suppliers concerning financial records and accounts
Reconcile invoices.
Communicating with the wider Accounts Payable team and comparing system reports to better manage Accounts Payable processes
Verifying expense reports and querying invoice items from internal and external business finance officers
Write check issuance for suppliers payment.
Responsible for disbursement monitoring.
Check terms of payment by our supplier.
Plan and keep track of budget allocation for the month.
Filing and maintaining suppliers record.
Do other tasks assigned from time to time by the management.
II. Qualification and Knowledge Required
Female, graduate of business management, accounting and the like.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in finance or related field.
Strong knowledge of financial instruments, and account payable best practices.
Knowledge of general account payable, forecasting, and budgeting.
Strong financial modelling is important
Proficient with MS Office including strong Excel skills
