Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:
Generate various financial reports for management to support decision-making.
2. Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of accountants and/or financial analysts.
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
Ensure the team's adherence to deadlines and accuracy in their work.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Analyze variances and provide explanations for deviations.
4. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
5. Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.
Evaluate and update accounting policies and procedures as needed.
6. Cash Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.
Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
7. Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Provide insights into cost control, revenue enhancement, and profitability.
8. Reconciliation:
Oversee the reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
Resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial records
Qualifications:
-Must be a Graduate of Accountancy or related courses
-Atleast 2-3 years of work experience as Supervisor
-Must be willing to work in Taguig City
