ACCOUNTING OFFICER
 
JOB ASSIGNMENT: M.C Briones St., Highway Ibabao, Mandaue City
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review Journal Entries;
Check and validate the Issued Check Vouchers with the corresponding supporting documents;
Review and sign Statement of Accounts for intercompany transactions;
Prepares Financial Statements;
Review month end schedules for the Balance Sheet;
Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Head.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy;
Must have at least 3 years experience as an Accounting Officer;
Experienced with General and Cost Accounting or Bookkeeping is an advantage;
Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office;
Excellent written and communication skills & ability to pay attention to details;
Highly analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills;
Can work with less supervision.
