ACCOUNTING COMPTROLLER
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting and must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
5+ years related work experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations and understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating effective people management skills
Strong ability to motivate and inspire team members
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee financial reporting and accounting functions
Develop and implement internal control policies
Implementing finance and accounting policies and procedures
Ensuring prompt and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
Overseeing accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
