SUMMARY:
Enhance visual models or a clear digital representation of physical objects or structures in accordance with the client's outlined specifications.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Create 3D designs from 2D floor plans
Import 3D designs into rendering programs
Add objects as necessary to complete the design or specifications
Edit objects as necessary to fulfill the intent of the design
Add maps and textures and manipulate the same to achieve the desired results
Create and direct ambient lightning
Create camera views per clients' instructions or as per best practices
Set up renderer settings and render camera views
Export rendered views to Photoshop for further enhancement
Record contemporaneous timekeeping of all activities
Complete interim files for the client as per the schedule
Collaborate with team and client throughout the process
Maintain texture, map, and object files
Create 2D and 3D object files, ie. Furniture profiles
QUALIFICATION:
Very precise about details and maintains a high level of accuracy
Shows ability to make new things or think of ideas
Consistently good in quality or performance; able to be trusted
Someone who puts aside his personal goals and works well with others, doing what he needs to do to strive for a common goal.
SKILLS
1-2 years experience in 3D rendering
Four years / Vocational course related to 3D Animation / Rendering
At least 1 year experience in 3D rendering
3ds Max + vray, Sketchup, Autocad, Photoshop, knowledge in Blender is an advantage
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge in 3Ds Max / Maya / Revit / Rhino, Photoshop, AutoCAD Analytical and Problem Solving, Planning and Organizing & Basic Photoshop Skills
